The Boring Important Information

Like any business I have my own set of Terms & Conditions (T&Cs), which I trust you will find straight forward and non complicated 

 

All items are sent via Royal Mail, second class post at £4.50. 

They can be sent first class at the higher postage rate if preferrred, please let me know if this is required. 

Alternatively, you can collect from The Hummingbird Collective, based in the Ridings Shopping Centre, Wakefield.  Please let me know if this option works for you.  

Shipment takes place 48 hours after payment clears.

Any item listed, which is not in stock can be made in 2-4 weeks - dependent on materials availability.   Turnaround times will be shared with you, so the opportunity to cancel will be made available if the lead time until delivery is not suitable.  These will also be posted out at £4.50 2nd class delivery.

 

Commissions:  

Commissions will take 3-6 weeks from the design being agreed and signed off.  Regular contact through email and phone (which ever you prefer) detailing the progress of the commissioned design will take place, ensuring your involvement throughout the process from start to delivery.  

A 50% non refundable deposit is required on all commissions following design approval, with the balance paid before postage (including postage costs).  

 All items are posted 48 hours after payment has been received. 

All items are sent in a branded PFR Emporium Gift box. 

Any personal details are not shared with 3rd parties and are not kept once the transaction is completed.  

All items are handmade uniquely and generally they are all one of a kind.  While I am happy to remake items as shown in my photo gallery, please note the item will not be 100% accurate to the original photo - as it is handmade each time and variations will occur, such is the joy of handmade jewellery. 

 

Hallmarking will apply to all items in line with the legal requirement.  This can be applied to pieces below the requirements, but will be at an additional cost to the price listed.   

For your information I am registered at the Birmingham Assay office with my own makers mark.  

Returns: 

Returns on pierced jewellery - earrings - is not accepted for hygiene reasons.  

Necklaces have an unsoldered jump ring included in the construction and design for safety reasons. This jump ring will only come undone under force and not through general use and wear. This is a safety feature and not a quality issue and I am more than happy to repair for you. 

All metal used is sterling silver unless stated otherwise.
